I have been tutoring students of all ages in languages - French, German, Latin, and Spanish, among others - and the social sciences - including sociology, psychology, and linguistics - for more than 8 years. This includes children of 7 all the way up to professionals in their 50s and 60s. It's never too late to start learning a language or a skill! I received a perfect score of 170 on the new GRE Verbal (2013); a 4 on all the AP English and French tests (2007); a 740 on the SAT Subject Test for French (2006); and a 35 on the ACT English section (2006). I was in the Center for Talented Youth writing program at Johns Hopkins from ages 8 to 14. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to show my students how language can be both fun and relevant to everyday life, and learn how to improve their skills in these areas.
