I have a BS in mathematics, and I'm working toward secondary education certification. I have completed education courses as well as student teaching at Gwynedd-Mercy University, where I gained experience working with 4th-11th grade students in classroom settings as well as one-on-one settings. I did tutoring at North Penn Middle School, pre-student teaching at Pennridge North Middle School, and student teaching at Gwynedd-Mercy Academy High School and Our Lady of Mercy Regional Catholic K-8 School. Education is a passion of mine; I love to learn and I love to help others learn even more. No matter how well I feel I explain something, if my student does not succeed, then I have not succeeded. Knowledge is power and I want to make you powerful!

Hobbies
My interests include math, science (including science fiction), reading, writing, and music. I love math almost as much as I love learning and teaching, and the same goes for science. I feel math and science are both beautiful things that go hand in hand. I am a huge science fiction fan as a result of this. I also love to read, and to write. I am a poet, and a huge fan of almost every genre you could think of. Music is a huge part of my life, and I listen to everything from 1950s rock and roll to today's contemporary pop and everything in-between. In addition to the classes at Gwynedd, and my student teaching, I taught at a youth group for five years working with students 8-18
